310 ml (1¼ cups) Natrel Vanilla Coffee Creamer

130 g (1 cup) fresh strawberries, sliced (see note)

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl or plastic cup, fill half of the container with sliced strawberries. Add Natrel Vanilla Coffee Creamer to the indicated maximum level.
  2. Cover and freeze for 12 - 24 hours.
  3. Once the mixture is frozen, blend once using the Ice Cream mode. Then, blend again until smooth.
  4. Serve with fresh strawberries and waffle cones.

Note

Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces for a more even pink ice cream. For a marbled effect, cut the strawberries into halves or quarters.

If you don't have the equipment shown in the recipe photo and video, you can use any ice cream maker to churn the mixture of Natrel Vanilla Coffee Creamer and strawberries (ideally diced into small cubes) according to the manufacturer's instructions. Freeze for about 45 minutes before serving.
