Ingredients
2 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
4 cloves
1 large piece of sliced ginger
8 cardamom pods
3 cups water
2 black tea bags
2 tablespoons cane sugar
1 cup 10% Natrel Half & Half Fine-Filtered Cream
Preparation
In a saucepan, place the spices in the three cups of water. Bring to a boil and let infuse for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Add Natrel Half & Half Fine-Filtered Cream and cane sugar. Simmer for at least five minutes, more for a thicker consistency. Add the black tea bags and let steep for three to five minutes to taste.
